Q: Will you do work in any metal other than stock materials?
A: Yes, of course we will. It is YOUR choice. You can choose from different colors, different materials, different sizes, different anything... it’s about what YOU want...

We will work in any medium that You would like, including Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These materials are extremely expensive and are not kept in our “stock” supply, therefore making this a custom order. If you are interested in any material that is not part of our stock supply please email us and we will discuss all options at that time.

Q: How long does it take to special order a Custom piece vs. purchasing a stock piece/set?
A: ***First and foremost: Time is relevant to EVERYTHING!

If you are interested in a stock item exactly as it is, meaning no resizing, then the order will be mailed within two business days. It will be mailed priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 days from date sent. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance are placed on all orders.

Our stock sizes are kept mainly as follows:

Bracelets: 7.5”
Anklets: 9.0”
Collars: 16”
Necklace/chain: 16” – 18” (depending)
Rubber: One Size Fits Most

If you wish to specialize any of the stock items – changing color, changing material, changing size – then your order will take between 2 – 4 weeks to be created and shipped. Craftsmanship is very important to us and we will NOT rush the process. This would take away from the quality of the products, and that is unacceptable. We want to give YOU the best possible product.

Do i have to pay sales tax?
A: ALL orders being SHIPPED to a New Jersey address/location AND/OR those orders that are bought at a show that is located in the great state of New Jersey (regardless of where you live) MUST pay a 7% sales tax, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We want you to know, POSITIVELY, without a doubt that your privacy is extremely important to us. Our business depends on YOU, therefore making it paramount that YOU trust in us. The information that is given to us is used SOLELY for OUR business records and use. We will NEVER sell or give your information to anyone.
If for some reason you need to change the information you have given us, written notice from you must be given, informing the company of the previous information and what it is to be changed to, at that time a confirmation email will be sent to you for validation. We don't want anyone playing around with our information; we surely would not want anyone playing around with YOURS…
